The Planning Board review process of the revised Master Plan was completed in 2 meetings, which were held on Thursday, January 5, 2012 and Monday, January 23, 2012.  The Planning Board commenced review on a chapter-by-chapter basis, including consideration of all written comments received from the general public by January 23^rd .  The public comment session is now completed.  We profusely thank the public for many thoughtful contributions and though some could not be integrated into the current Master Plan due to time constraints for this stage, many may be integrated into the document in later stages as the process goes forward. 

In the meantime, the Planning Board has directed staff to make the suggested changes and provide them with a final document for the February 27, 2012 Planning Session meeting. If the Planning Board is satisfied with the revised document then at that time the Planning Board will set the public hearing date to adopt the City of Lebanon 2011 Master Plan, a comprehensive plan to implement the community vision for 2030.
